Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to mooncusp.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, AI services, applications, mobile apps, and related offerings provided by SkipSeek Inc. (“SkipSeek,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) — including mooncusp.com and any other domains or interfaces we operate (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. User Accounts

MoonCusp uses your shared SkipSeek sign-in. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@mooncusp.com if you suspect a security breach.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the operation of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code or model weights.
• Scrape or systematically collect data without prior written consent.
• Harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, models, designs, and materials are owned by or licensed to SkipSeek. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. MoonCusp, Lunotype, and LunoBond are original systems; Lunotype is not an official Enneagram or Myers-Briggs assessment and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived from those systems or their publishers.

7. AI Services & Outputs

Readings, interpretations, and other AI outputs are produced probabilistically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them. MoonCusp provides astrology-based reflection and entertainment: its content is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, does not predict the future, and does not guarantee outcomes. Use it as a lens for reflection, not certainty.

8. Subscriptions & Billing

MoonCusp Plus is an auto-renewable subscription. On Android it is purchased and billed through Google Play; on the web it is billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews, and any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel anytime — on Android in your Google Play account settings (Subscriptions), and on the web from your account page. Payments are handled entirely by Google or Stripe; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; purchases made through Google Play are also governed by Google’s terms, and refunds for those are handled by Google.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

SkipSeek’s aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid in the prior 12 months or (b) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SkipSeek from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes resolve exclusively in Delaware state or federal courts.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.

15. Changes to These Terms

Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
