Delete your MoonCusp account
MoonCusp is made by SkipSeek. You can permanently delete your MoonCusp account and the data tied to it at any time — here’s how, and exactly what is removed.
How to request deletion
Either of these works:
- In the MoonCusp app or on mooncusp.com, sign in, open Account & privacy, and choose Delete account. Your MoonCusp profile is deleted right away.
- Or email hello@mooncusp.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll action it and confirm.
What gets deleted
All of your MoonCusp data: your birth profiles, calculated charts and readings, saved people, Ask questions and answers, Lunotype and LunoBond data, notes, preferences, and feedback.
What is kept
MoonCusp uses your shared SkipSeek sign-in. Deleting your MoonCusp data does not delete your SkipSeek account or any other SkipSeek products you use. To delete your entire SkipSeek account across all products, email hello@mooncusp.com and say so. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request, and anything we’re required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons, for as long as the law requires.
Timing
Your MoonCusp data is removed from our active systems immediately when you delete your account. Any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
Delete some data without closing your account
You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove data. From Account & privacy you can delete individual saved people, questions, or readings, and export everything as a file — while keeping your account.
